Terroir
Grand Cru Schlossberg: Situated in Kienzheim on granite rock, the soil of this grand cru is not very rich in minerals.
deep and mainly composed of sand and clay. This is a terroir of excellent mineral fertility. On steep slopes, it is cultivated in terraces.

Winemaking
Harvested by hand. Sorting in the vineyard. Direct pressing of whole grapes. No sulfur under the press. Natural sourdough. Aged on fine lees for 6-9 months. Filtered wine.

Tasting and gastronomy
Fine, fruity, mineral, ripe citrus nose. Ample, straightforward attack with lovely fruitiness and slightly persistent sweetness. The finish is straightforward and mineral. Pair with fish, shellfish, seafood, white meats and sauerkraut.
