Terroir
Rimelsberg: clay-marl terroir sprinkled with rolled pebbles in the extension of Grand Cru Schoenenbourg. Great terroir conducive to late harvesting and aromatic grape varieties.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested, over-ripe, raisined grapes. Gently harvested at the end of the harvest. Direct pressing of whole grapes. No sulfur under the press. Natural sourdough. Aged on fine lees for 6-9 months. Filtered wine.

Tasting and gastronomy
Deep gold color. Overripe nose of dried and candied fruit. Well-rounded and sustained on the palate, retaining an airy quality.
