Obtained by maceration and simple distillation 45° Eaux de Vie 50 cl bottle

The creams can be used to make a kir (at a rate of 1 dose for 8 of Crémant d'Alsace) as a syrup/ coulis in fresh red fruits that you will accompany with a ball of vanilla or cassis ice cream (except for children -18 years).
