Vineyard
Old vines: 30 to 40 years
Planting density: 4500 plants/ha.
Tillage: ploughing, composting, mowing. Treatments: Bordeaux mixture, sulfur, plant infusions and seaweed extracts.

Terroir
Hagenschlauf: sandy Lattorian soil composed of marl and stony conglomerates. Early, sunny terroir with filtering soils.

Winemaking
Harvested by hand. Sorting in the vineyard. Direct pressing of whole grapes. No sulfur under the press. Natural sourdough. Aged on fine lees for 6-9 months.

Tasting and gastronomy
Bright yellow color. The nose is fine, with nuances of yellow fruit and mineral. The palate is fine, racy, fresh and structured, with good persistence.
