Tasting and gastronomy
Bright yellow color, smoky nose, with notes of overripeness typical of ripe grapes. The palate is rich, with a lovely tartaric freshness and roasted notes reminiscent of peanuts.
Perfect as an aperitif or for receptions. Goes well with foie gras, spicy dishes and desserts that are not too sweet.
