Tutti Frutti is a natural sparkling wine made by blending a unique selection of grape varieties appreciated for their fruitiness.

Grape variety
Blend of 30% Muscat d’Alsace, 30% Chasselas, 29% Pinot Auxerrois, 8% Sylvaner, 3% Riesling.

Vineyard
Tillage: ploughing, composting, mowing. Treatments: Bordeaux mixture, sulfur, plant infusions and seaweed extracts.

Terroir
Clay, marl and sometimes limestone and sandy hills in the Ribeauvillé region.

Winemaking
Harvested by hand. Sorting in the vineyard. Direct pressing of whole grapes. No sulfur under the press. Natural sourdough.
This new wine was bottled towards the end of fermentation. The yeasts continued their fermentative work, producing carbon dioxide, the source of the effervescence.

Tasting and gastronomy
An aperitif wine to liven up summer meals with friends.
This sparkling wine comes in a white bottle, topped with a capsule. Pale yellow in color, slightly cloudy. The effervescence is worthy of a crémant. The nose is aromatic, with muscatel notes. Warm on the palate.
