Clay, marl and limestone hills in the Zellenberg region.

Winemaking
Harvested by hand. Sorting in the vineyard. Harvested at optimum maturity. Vinified from whole grapes in a carbonic atmosphere to extract maximum aroma and just the right amount of tannin. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting and gastronomy
Nose: notes of black fruit, morello cherry, blackberry. Palate: supple attack, mellow tannins, greedy. Fresh, spicy finish. Pairs well with red meats, game and cheese.
